I work in Neuro ICU w/ donors this entire case is not ok. There are so many standards that did not happen. I have sooo much to say but not enough of a box to type it all out. I have worked in 5 states and never in Kentucky. I am shocked. ”CHANGE IN STATUS!!!!!” Chart, provider notification all assessments in depth. Over chart! None of my donors have ever been able to open their eyes and interact at all, even dcd!!! And yes, every person who is admitted with gcs less then 4 gets a opo notificatio
