Welcome to the seventh episode in this true crime series covering the murder trial of Meggan Sundwall, a Utah nurse charged with aggravated murder and obstruction of justice in the 2024 death of her friend, Kacee Terry. Prosecutors allege Sundwall administered an insulin overdose to Terry, believing she stood to collect a rumored $1.5 million life insurance policy. The defense claims Terry died by suicide.
